  Digital Society

  Was bedeutet sie für das Erfolgsmodell Schweiz?

  Alle reden von Digitalisierung. Was bedeutet die zunehmende Vernetzung für unsere Gesellschaft? Ist Technologie neutral oder eben nicht? Was bedeutet es für unser Zusammenleben, unsere Selbstbestimmung und unsere Demokratie? Welche Vorteile, aber auch Tücken haben digitale Instrumente in unserer Gesetzgebung?

  Während des Schweizer Wahljahres widmet sich die Nachmittags-Session vom 26. September 2019 dem Thema “Digitale Gesellschaft” und ihren Auswirkungen auf die Demokratie. Wie wird mit digitalen Mitteln heute mobilisiert und polarisiert? Wie kann die politische Agenda mit digitalen Mitteln übernommen werden? Wie entsteht in Zukunft eine konstruktive politische Debatte, wenn wir in sozialen Medien nur das sehen, was uns gefällt?…

Interessierte, AktivistInnen, Forschende, PolitikerInnen, Verwaltungsmitarbeitende und VordenkerInnen treffen sich in dieser Session, um sich aktiv zu diesen Themen Gedanken zu machen, sich auszutauschen und miteinander Ideen zu entwickeln. In dieser Session nutzen wir Keynote- und Workshop-Formate, um Ideen, Konzepte und Strategien für die Weiterentwicklung der Gesellschaft und Demokratie zu entwickeln.

  Die Session entsteht in Zusammenarbeit mit eZürich, Digitale Gesellschaft und der Stiftung Risiko-Dialog.

The ability to quickly identify weaknesses and the strengths of your ideas should enable a new flow of ideas and give you instantaneous feedback.   IT Poetry Slam Show

A selection of the best slam poets from Germany and Switzerland will compete with their texts on digitisation and computer science for the audience's favour and a bottle of whisky. This Poetry Slam Show puts digitization to the test: fast, clever and merciless. Among others with Simon Chen, Remo Zumstein and DJ Mad Madam. In collaboration with Poetry Slam Zurich.

Immerse yourself with us in the shadow world of the darknet. Find out in the panel discussion what economic damage cybercriminals cause every year, how to find out about them and how to protect…

  Videos in social media have already become the most important means of information. Not only tutorials are popular, but also social and political discussions increasingly take place on these channels. At this event, there will be expert tips on privacy for urban people and a discussion on why the digital world should fight for the human right to privacy.

  The three best-rated submissions to the video competition will be shown and awarded with up to 3000 Swiss Francs. Youtuber, Instagrammer and filmmakers who would like to participate in advance can submit their videos on personal freedom and privacy until 31…

This afternoon is part of MuDA’s beloved Kibit, a free bi-monthly open lab full of fun, screen-free activities, to introduce children to computational, logical thinking and the most basic of programming concepts.
